2. Service Description
2.1 Nature of Service: DeepScalp provides AI-generated trading signals and market analysis for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor and do not provide personalized investment advice.
2.2 No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the profitability or accuracy of any signals or market predictions.
2.3 Third-Party Platforms: Our Service may integrate with trading platforms like TradingView or broker APIs, but we are not affiliated with these services.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Subscription Fees: Access to premium features requires payment of subscription fees as displayed on our pricing page.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, Google Wallet, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).
3.3 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our Service, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. Refund requests for technical issues will be evaluated case-by-case.
3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period.
3.5 Payment Processing via Paddle
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment merchant. By making a purchase, you agree to:

- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all applicable taxes
3.6 Subscription Terms
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may incur a $50 dispute fee.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
- Use our signals for any illegal activities or market manipulation
- Share your account credentials or access with others
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access our Service
- Republish or resell our signals without explicit permission
5. Risk Disclosure
5.1 Trading Risks: Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
5.2 No Liability: DeepScalp shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages resulting from your use of our signals.
5.3 Your Responsibility: You alone assume the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with using our Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
